Each session party slot has a maximum of 4 separate parties/tables available at any one time. Each party table holds 10 children so you can have a maximum of 40 children (if all 4 tables are booked)
At the time of booking, you will need to pay the full amount for the number of tables you require. 1 table costs £83.50, 2 tables cost £167, 3 tables cost £250.50 and 4 tables cost £334 regardless of how many children on each table are attending
The food will be served half an hour before the end of your party slot
Please complete through the link in your confirmation email, the Party Food Order Request Form at least 2 weeks before your party as well as any requests for Adult Food Platter and or Party Bags.
Please Note: Orders for Party Bags or Adult Food Platter should be placed and paid for at least 2 weeks before the party.
SESSION PARTY AREA
Sorry, but no refunds can be offered once a party has been booked
You can exchange a Soft Play Party for the same rate or a higher-rate party for a different date or/and time when options are available
Please note it is parents/the party organisers' responsibility to look after all children throughout the party
We are very sorry, however under no circumstances are candles/sparklers/naked flames/glass allowed in Soft Play City
We do not provide table cloth, decorations or balloons but you can bring your own if you wish. But please remember to remove your decorations and keep the area tidy after your party.
We do not allow photography during Soft Play Session Parties apart from in front of the designated photo wall area

We recommend soft play parties for people aged 7 and over
Soft play parties cannot be sold to anyone under 18 years of age
We would like to make you aware that in Humphrey's kitchen, we use nuts, fish, eggs, shellfish, milk and gluten products and it is impossible to fully guarantee separation of these items in storage or preparation of cooking
Although every effort is made to minimise the risk, some dishes may contain bones. Description of dishes are subject to change according to current ingredient supply levels
