Aki Kaurismäki’s latest droll comedy drama. A former travelling salesman, now a poker-playing owner of a failing restaurant, befriends a newly arrived Syrian asylum seeker in Finland.  Plenty of deadpan humour amid the hardship and heartbreak.

TICKET PRICE All twelve shows (some including a short film) can be seen at the Garden City Cinema Screen 3 at Campus West for a membership fee of just £40 (students £20). There is nothing else to pay. Non-members may attend any show, as guests, for £6. All shows are on Sundays, and start at 7.30pm.
